- How much does it cost?
We calculate the labour costs, we calculate the cost of rubbish to be disposed of and we calculate the value of saleable items. This can result in us paying you, you paying us or a break even situation meaning no charge at all.
- Do you clear what can only be described as rubbish? That's articles of no value at all?
Yes we do. Some of our jobs are just rubbish collections from houses, gardens, garages, offices etc and you will be surprised that we work out cheaper than a skip AND we do all the hard work for you.
- Can you clean the property also?
Yes we can. We very often clean properties after clearing them ready for sale or to be re let.
- Do you donate to charity?
Yes we do. We donate regularly to Cancer Research, The British Heart Foundation and The Retired Greyhound Trust who also have a lot of our bedding and blankets for their dogs, however if the family have a preferred charity that's fine. We also aim to recycle around 90% of goods through either donating to charity, selling or through the relevant environmental channels and our designated recycling centre.
- Do you clear gardens?
Yes we do. We clear gardens, sheds, garages, outbuildings, lofts, houses, business properties - just about anything so give us a call.
- Do you do removals?
Yes we can do light removals or collections and deliveries and if you need items delivered to family members from the clearance this can also be arranged.
